Kurt Warner along with his team St. Louis Rams won a Super Bowl during the 1999 season but lost in the wild-card round to the New Orleans Saints in the 2000 season.

Warner knows what it is like to get back to the Super Bowl after winning one and said Fox News Digital all what is involved repeating as a title.

"I think it is extremely hard. (To win) shortens your offseason primarily." he said. You're playing longer than everyone else you're going through that side of things. When you have a good team, everyone wants to pinch your stars from your team. Hence, you lose a good many of those aspects.

"How about the Chiefs? Just look at them now. They were an attack based team last year although their defense was good but they were young. This year, completely different. They’re overwhelming with defense and manage things offensively. how many teams can do that?

Warner, speaking to Fox News Digital on behalf of his partnership with Bingo Blitz, said if the Chiefs’ D didn’t step up this year, Kansas City would have been out of the picture.
