Georgia star Brock Bowers declares for 2024 NFL Draft with chance to go in top 10

Brock Bowers is coming out for the draft to the NFL.

The Georgia tight end posted on Twitter Tuesday that plans to enter the draft after three seasons with the Bulldogs.

Thus, Bowers, who had two national championships playing for Georgia, is predicted to be one of the highest-ranked total athletes of the year conjectured to be drafted in the first half of the initial round.

“I simply cannot put into words the amount of gratitude I have for what these past 3 years have provided me, it is a feeling that is indescribable, I mean it has been such an unbelievable honour and privilege to have been able to play for this university”. Bowers, 21, has been a great performer for Georgia the moment he started playing for the team in 2021, he is the only player in college football history to be named John Mackey Award winner twice, this year and next (2023).

The tight end in his three seasons of his career has caught the ball for 175 times with 2,538 yards and 26 touchdowns I also want to mention that he has 5 rushing touchdowns.

The Athlete is a 2022 first-team All-American, and he currently occupies the top five spots of the school records concerning receiving yards, receptions, and receiving touchdowns.

As a junior, he had 714 yards returning kickoffs while catching 56 passes for 714 yards.

Bowers also had touchdown catches in both the recent national championship games for the Bulldogs in both 2021 and 2022 The team had a record of 38-2 in the games that featured Bowers.

The ankle ailment which led to his three-game absence this season also saw Bowers undergo a surgery this year.
