Last Season (8-0, 13-1)

However do you remember how woefully FSU had to exit their season and that appeared like many ages ago. Having insider information to make the College Football Playoff, it all descended from there for the unbeaten Seminoles. Star quarterback, Jordan Travis suffered an ACL tear, the team relied heavily on its great defense to win the ACC championship, but the committee ignored it. Most of the team sat out the Orange Bowl games while Georgia, also left out of the finals, demolished the leftovers of FSU 63-3.

Departed

Originally, ten key performers across both offence and defense of the NFL teams were selected in this past draft. No more the<|reserved_special_token_260|>, the coleman, the fiske, the green and the travis, we burst bubbles by interviewing more qualified and adept prospects. However, this team barely beat the odds BC. The issue is this isn’t the team that was stood up for the big dance.

Key Returners - Offense

Although the Hutcheson offense has only four starters back, that is a big three on the line, and they include All-ACC LT Darius Washing. The other returner is TE Kyle Morlock who was awarded the Offence Newcomer of the Year.

Three of them return, but only one with double digit passes in the slot Ja’Khi Douglas. Top rusher in the team is unavailable; however, there are several players that may be involved include Lawrance Toafili who played five games in the previous season.

Incoming Transfers - Offense

Just like last season when Norvell brought in the transfer in Coleman and gave an instant boost to Hargreaves’s offence, Norvell has again populated this season’s team with plenty of other transfers.

First of all, there is the ACC return for QB DJ Uiagalelei. Indeed, the former Clemson man has come to Florida via Oregon State. DJ has had his best college season, before the injury he completed 2600 yards for 21 TDs and 7 interceptions. He has been getting complimentary remarks early on the season with the staff attributing it to his experience, great frame and speed. He will transition well with FSU.

With Leonard who leaves Florida’s starting left guard position, Seminoles added depth to its OL apart from the OL transfer from Alabama, Ferguson.

As for ‘Bama they supplied a few skill position players also The main guy to look for is Malik Benson he should have a big role on special teams looking for big plays for the Tide SEC Sophomore standout from ‘Bama Roydell Williams is a solid senior tailback who does not have any problem with nifty footwork yet delivers collision like a full back. He’ll be the thunder to the former Indiana back, Jaylin Lucas, lightning. Finally the wide receiver’s position added another SEC talent in Jalen Brown from LSU.

Key Returners - Defense

DC Adam Fuller was mentioned of the potential BC candidate and for a good reason for that. He has created an invincible power in his days.

They lost so much in the defensive line position. It is considered an ailment since all starting linebackers and almost all the primary lineman are affected. But this is Florida State, and all they do is replenish. Among the returners, the key player will be the main man DE Patrick Payton. Following the previous season where he recorded seven sacks, Payton gained more muscular mass and is now assumed all of Verse’s responsibilities. Joshua Farmer inside for the second year on the team made seven tackles for loss last season as a part of his second team All-ACC performance. Senior linebacker DJ Lundy did earn All-ACC honorable mention last year and did pick off Thomas Castellanos in the teams’ game last season.

In the secondary, the team visualises a lot more continuity with one of the most elite units in the country. Another player from Third Team All-ACC safety is Shyheim Brown who led the group with 53 tackles and one interim last season. Fentrell Cypress II was also credited with 8 pass break ups apart from adding 40 tackles in the last season. On the other side, Azareye’h Thomas engaged ten PBUs.

Incoming Transfers - Defense

They are still looting their dream conference, FSU. ,defensive front Georgia’s Marvin Jones enters the fray to go opposite Payton. In inside, they have made the run defense stronger with upperclassmen Sione Lolohea who played for Oregon State and Grady Kelly who played for the Coloromo State both of them started 22 games with their previous teams. Tomiwa Durojaiye of West Virginia who ranked the second for pass combining rush and Darrell Jackson Jr, ex-Miami DT who has to take a redshirt 2023 season comprises the other newcomer on the front.

Alabama’s Earl Little Jr. , Played in the 11 games, and both seasons for Crimson Tide that makes his secondary more robust.

Of course, odds (o/u 9. 5 wins)

Completing the regular season for the first time in 10 years as winners of the conference championship, they are the same-priced at +290 to repeat the process. This is Mike Norvell’s fifth season in charge, and he does not have to worry about being left out of the CFP if his team to it.

It’s a Monday night kickoff for this one down in Tallahassee. Will the Seminoles stick to their tragic conclusion to 2023, or will they improve from a stellar year and seek atonement?
